Training Plan

Monday

  • Think back to a time when it was necessary for you to “take a loss” so that God could be glorified.  How frightening was that? How did it turn out overall? Share that experience with someone today!

Tuesday

  • God chose not to kill Cain but to live life with the visible mark on him.  Today pray for those who have made life altering bad decisions, that their hearts be turned towards God.

Wednesday

  • By faith Abel was approved as a righteous man.  The word used here is μαρτυρέω (martyreo) in Greek.

    • This word means to provide information about a person or an event concerning which the speaker has direct knowledge.

  • Abel’s sacrifice did two things it spoke to he was and to who God was.

  • Map out 20 minutes for journaling in a silent place.  Write down the actions that stick out the most to you from the day.  After writing them down think about how they spoke of who you and God are.

Thursday

  • Abel faced a terrible end to his life.  He was murdered by his brother. Meditate today in complete silence about how God turns tragedy to triumph.

Friday

  • Who would you like to be most affected by your voice of faith?  Reach out to that person/people and give a word of encouragement!
